Eight traditional Christmas carols arranged for 4 concert flutes: Let all mortal flesh keep silence; In the bleak mid-winter; The holly and the ivy; On Christmas night all Christians sing (The Sussex Carol; The Son of the Virgin (El Noi de la Mare); The Seven Joys of Mary; Away in a manger; We three Kings of Orient are. At home, or at any time anywhere in the Christmas period, they are great fun to play. Each part has something interesting to do, though flute 4 is generally easier than the other parts.
