Guitarist, performer, recording artist, arranger, composer, producer. After two years at Leeds College Of Music and four years at Trinity College Of Music (London). He became guitar tutor to the Junior Department of Trinity College of Music while still a student and was for a number of years guitar tutor at the Purcell School of Music. He still teaches at Whitgift School in Croydon near where he lives. He co-founded the band Acoustic Alchemy 1980 with Nick Webb and later co-founded Kymaera in 1998 with Shane Hill which has at present made six albums, two of which were released by Prestige/Elite, and a DVD filmed in Ronnie Scott’s famous jazz club with the singer Maria Ewing in 2002. During this time he also made a number of solo guitar albums which led to a series of albums for Prestige called String Driven released for download from November 2010 onwards, and a similar series for AP Music entitled Just Acoustic. The scores which can be downloaded on this web site are taken from this extensive list of work, original and public domain arrangements. Many of the original recordings are still available.
