You are purchasing high quality sheet music PDF files suitable for printing or viewing on digital devices.In Dolce Jubilo, or Good Christian Men Rejoice, is a traditional Sussex carol and I thought it would work nicely for guitar trio with flute. Using a recorder would give it a more antique sound if you have a proficient player.
The title means "In sweetest rejoicing" - to me that means light and airy, and I could see children dancing to it in a Christmas Nativity play. I have gone for an ostinato based accompaniment with some counter melodies and tried to keep it light, but allowed some richer harmonies to creep out later through the melodic interweaving of guitars and flute.
