"Drumming I" is another example of my exploration of overlapping rhythmic lines in different meters. In this case, I focus on 12/8, 6/4 and 3/2, which are all equivalent (the measures mathematically add up the same), but have different stresses. All three share the same 1, but within the measure, the pulse is very different. "Drumming I" and "Modes I" may be performed simultaneously.
