This short voluntary was a last minute request from a friend to be played at the end of a service she was taking. It was written before breakfast and played later the same morning for the first time. It actually proved more difficult than I had intended! The good news was that when I had finished playing it, a musician friend came up and said that was a rather nice voluntary on ’O come O come Emmanuel’ where did you buy it! So it can’t be that bad.
