"Toccata and Fugue in D minor" is probably one of J.S.Bach's most well known works. Bach wrote 7 toccata's combined with fugues, I have omitted the fugue in this arrangement. The Toccata is a keyboard piece, often free in form, intended primarily for 'touching' the keyboard, i.e. for disp;aying the performers fantastic technique. The 7 toccatas were written between 1708 and 1710.
