Three of them appear in his eight-set Songs without Words, but the present one was a separate entity, and perhaps intended to be used in a projected further set.
I have made a single copy of it - with just a few fingerings - as it is an alternative List B Piece in the 2015/16 Piano Syllabus (Grade 7) for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
It doesn't actually appear as part of the basic selection book, which contains just three pieces for each of Lists A, B and C. It is available in a book of all four 'Gondola Songs', but candidates may not want to have all four in their possession!
