New York soprano Anna Tonno asked me to arrange this aria from the one-act opera "Gianni Schicchi" by Giaccomo Puccini (1858-1924) for string quartet and harp. I have not included the lyrics in this version because the lyrics by Giovacchino Forzano (1884-1970) will still be covered by copyright until January 1, 2041.
