Its insistent dotted-eighth-sixteenth pattern makes it an ideal study for intermediate level students who can also negotiate the higher positions. Stylistically, it reminds me of a processional song, similar to a Renaissance Pavan. The work was probably first published in 1908, in the Augsburg Guitar Club�s Freie Vereinigung f�r das F�rderung guter Guitaremusik Jahrgang No.4, Heft VIII. The �printer�s copy is virtually identical to the printed version.
