I've transposed it from D to Eb putting the Clarinets in F to facilitate the more rapid passages. All the parts, with the exception of the Bass Clarinet, are a challenge. The Bass Clarinet part could be played on a 4th Bb Clarinet. The metronome mark of 52 crotchets (quarter notes)seems comfortable. A single "piano" dynamic is shown at the start but the contours of the music will suggest cresc. and dim. as the music progresses.
