’Tu es Petrus’ is a setting of the traditional words for the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, 29th June. "Tu es Petrus, et super hanc petram aedificabo Ecclesiam meam -You are Peter, and on this rock I shall build my Church." It could be used as the Alleluia verse on that day. It is for SATB a cappella choir, the parts often dividing. It was composed for the Mass of Thanksgiving for the Ordination of Fr. Christopher Miller, 2008.
