This is an updated and revised version of a piece written for the Dignity of labour ensemble. The melody is new, and there’s a new bridge and improvising structure. If only one melody instrument plays, the soprano part should be used. The vamp rhythm is flexible, open to player taste and choice, but should probably be more mambo-like than samba.
