When I met Sabine Federspieler and we checked out ourselves and tried various pieces from almost the whole range of music history, it was a playfull challenge for her to search for pieces I wouldn't play prima vista and vice versa. This is the brief history of this little composition, challenging Sabine in her proud rhythmical appreciation (she used to study this for ages…). The tempo designation 'Federspielerisch' is of course following her nature: lively, cheerful, fluffy. I dare to say: enjoy (as we do at each performance)!
