And, it is one of the few works by Darr that is free of his typical abundant use of expression indicators. Like most of his other duets, however, the themes are shared by the performers quite democratically. The harmony aside, this piece could easily be mistaken as a Carulli duet. The first known publication of this work was in November 1906, in the Augsburg Guitar Club�s Freie Vereinigung f�r das F�rderung guter Guitaremusik, Jahrgang 3, Heft V. There is virtually no difference between the �printer�s copy� and the printed version.
