I have decided to create a series of resources (duets, exercises, and pieces) for beginner flautists that will help both them (and me) in learning the instrument. They are designed to supplement existing books and can also be used to teach aspects of theory. The �Exercises� will introduce notes and present warm-up studies and pieces. The pieces included on each resource are aimed at the older learner as they introduce complex rhythms quickly and would therefore be also ideal for learners with musical experience.
I am always interested in how my pieces (particularly educational pieces) are being used. I have therefore decided to offer all my beginner flute music free, but would ask that you drop me an email to say how you are using it and feel free to include any comments or requests.
