In the classroom or studio, duets are a great way for students to improve their playing skills, either with another student or a tutor. This one, Winter from Vilvaldi’s Four Seasons, one of his most beautiful slower tunes also makes for an excellent short, but sweet performance piece for flute and clarinet.

The clarinet part does not have marked breath points. However, the piece should be played slowly, and as a result there is plenty of time for the player to breathe at their own discretion.
