An easy semi-flexible woodwind arrangement of this song from Gilbert & Sullivan’s Iolanthe. The three essential parts are around ABRSM Grade 2 standard. The piece has the advantage that rhythm patterns are virtually identical for all parts throughout, providing support to players who are less confident about this aspect of their performance.

Play one to a part with a mixed trio (fl, fl/ob, cl/bn) or double players to perform with a larger ensemble. Optional easier flute and easier clarinet parts allow relative beginners to participate too.

Handy cover sheet means that teachers can easily remind themselves of relevant instrumentation and skill-levels.
