This is an arrangement for small chamber orchestra of my original jazz composition "Spool". If you compare the two versions and listen to the original track on my CD ("Ek!"), you will see and hear the similarities and differences. There are, for instance, several of the kinds of fills which would normally be improvised by the bass guitar written into this score. There is a new introduction.
Note that the second half of the composition (the part in 7) is not here. I have transposed parts available, so contact me if you are interested in this piece.
