Just my luck, half term, a week away from the funny farm and what happens I get the 'flu! All those jobs I was going to do and places I was going - forget it. So it's a good opportunity to do the arrangement thats been in my head for the last few months. Scarbough Fair, can't say I'm too fond on the tune, but I've tried to do some thing different here from the normal sugar and spice arrangements. I know some people will say that I've put it in to high playing level, but some of the rhythms in this are not easy to play together properly. Let me know what you think - constructive reviews please. If you perform or record can you let me know.

P.S. This is in answer to the 'review' of C. Lohse posted below. This piece has been purchased by several quintets and recorded on 2 occasions. Yes there were difficulties with the rhythms, but nothing that could not be sorted by competant muscians and judicious counting! He says that the figure for the trombone at the beginning is impossible, he obviously knows nothing of trombone playing. He states that I have never played trombone, I was a professional trombonist for many years, and know that any good trombonist can read in any clef!
