So if you're wondering why this has an instrumental tag at the end of the response, it's because it used to include the scripture reference in the lyric. It was something like "Psa-lm 95, ve-erse 8." It's sort of odd, because the psalm is listed in the Lectionary as coming from Psalm 90, which the verses do; but the refrain is actually from Psalm 95. I have no idea why. I looked it up online and this line is actually used by Saint Paul in Hebrews 3:15 and 4:7 as well.
