This is the third of the pieces in a Suite for piano, "The Demon Speaks". A MIDI realization is appended to give some idea of the music although this misses out a very major aspect of the writing. The final bars should be played with the left hand diminuendo so that the ending is quieter than the resonating chord in the right. Note clusters at the beginning and middle are, at best approximate. Intertwined middle parts and crossing of hands should be regarded as mudras in their own right and not simplified.
