The instrumentation of "Jace" is a bit unusual:4 violas,2 piano's, a harp, electric guitar, bass guitar, a limited woodwind ensemble and two singers. The text is a home made fantasy-language where every relation with a real language is pure accidental. The MP3 file is the recording with the Orchestra of the Conservatory of Antwerp under the leadership of Robert Groslot. This recording won in 2001 the Award for the best orchestration in the International Contest of 'Song Expo' among 1500 participants from 22 countries and different musical disciplines like pop, classic and jazz.
