I sketched it on the subway (as a simple "jazz" tune) and then revised it. I like it! It can be played simply by one violin and viola, or two violins + viola, or any other instrument + viola. It can also be arranged.
SHould you decide to perform it, you should know that the Big Roman Numerals in the violin part indicate which player should play when *but only on the recap*. A bit confusing but saves paper and page turning when playing from one stand.
