Here is the 7th jazz trio Christmas selection posted this year. Hopefully I can do another one or two. The drum part was created and recorded by Richard Clark at my request. He always does a fabulous job at his craft. I was inspired to work on this tune after hearing the Swingle Singers wonderful recording of this selection. I wish the piano could mimic the warm and dulcet sound of voices because that is how the first 30 measures should sound before the jazz feel gets going at measure 31. The string bass part is very important in this arrangement especially at the end with tremolos on the dynamic ending.
