Once every two weeks we had to turn in a short piece using the techniques that we had learned that week in class. Our goal that week was to write a piece for brass quartet (I added the tuba part later) that changed meter, style, and went from a major key to a minor key and back. And yes, the minor key "Deck the Halls" was intensional…my idea of irony.*If there is anyone who wants extracted parts just let me know.*
