An optional Finale to Diversions (also known as Divertimento or Divertissement). This delightful little Habanera (also known as ’Tango’!) is tagged on to the end of my suite Diversions as a supplementary movement. It is more-or-less in the key of F sharp minor and uses the same left-hand figure that Bizet employed in his Habanera from the opera 'Carmen'. The chromaticism is very typical of this dance. There should be a tiny break at the end of b.22 (which the software ignores) also, I would expect a live musician to play with careful rubato which should hopefully make the piece sound much more musical. Hits 488 Prints 38.
