This year I decided to programme this work in my choir’s concert with orchestra. I have arranged the organ part for string orchestra. The first performance was on 4 December 2010 at St Mary Magdalene with St Martin Church, Canning Road, Croydon by the John Ruskin Choral Society, John Ruskin Sinfonia conducted by Adrian Connell. The work may also be performed without choir as a short work for strings.
