It’s impossible to capture the complexity of Handel’s original work in a reduction for flute and ’cello. However Ithink this works well. It’s fun to play and captures the essence of the piece - very usable at a wedding ceremony. The articulations are just a suggestion. They work for me on the flute. The cello bowings follow the phrasing of the flute, and are mostly comfortable. I’ve left dynamics to the discretion of the performers. Tempo is down to the taste and abilities of the players. It works well fast or slow.
