This year (2024), I chose to compose a folk song for chamber orchestra with strings, flute, cor anglais, clarinet, bassoon, French horn, timpani and bells (glockenspiel, tubular bells, and celesta). It is titled "A Winter Fairy Tale". I may later use photos I have taken, and applied with effects on some, using Premiere Rush to make a music video. The tale may end up being open for interpretation, as it is told by the music and the photography, but not by words. So, here is this year's chamber work for chamber orchestra – string quartet with winds, percussion, and bells:
