You are purchasing high quality sheet music PDF files suitable for printing or viewing on digital devices.I have performed this carol arrangement with youth choirs, and also a combination of adult and youth choir. It may also be performed as a duet, two part treble or mixed choir. I have recently added a cello part, which is optional. The carol begins with the various names of Jesus Christ that are spoken, either by a narrator or by one or two choir members. I always have them speak into a microphone. Then part 1 sings my original setting/English version of the old German carol, O Jesulein sss. The second time around part 1 sings with part 2, who sings the first verse of "Silent Night". This arrangement may end at measure 68. However, often I have used this as the final hymn in a church service, which is why I provided an ending that includes the congregation and organ.
