Roger Jones

Roger Jones has composed over 20 Christian musicals which have been performed all over the world. He studied piano, organ, cello and general musicianship at Birmingham School of Music (now Conservatoire). For many years Roger taught music in an inner-city Birmingham school. Since 1984 he has directed Christian Music Ministries, teaching in churches on music in worship and renewal in the Holy Spirit. As a regular contributor on local and national BBC radio and TV, Roger directed the music for Archbishop Desmond Tutu’s visit to Birmingham. He is well-known throughout the UK and abroad for his collections of psalms, hymns and songs, and his itinerant ministry encouraging renewal in the Holy Spirit.
