Carol Hartman Domasco, BM, MA, NCTM is a musician, composer, and independent scholar. Her studio is located in Corpus Christi, Texas where she teaches piano, theory, ‘cello and music history, and she gives lecture recitals and other programs on topics related to music, piano pedagogy and learning styles. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the St. Louis Institute of Music with a double major in piano performance & pedagogy, and her master’s degree in Musical Arts from Corpus Christi State University, now Texas A&M of Corpus Christi. Ms. Domasco is nationally certified by the MUSIC TEACHERS NATIONAL ASSOCIATION in five disciplines, the highest number ever held by an MTNA teacher. Her teaching experience, in addition to her private studio, has been at; Indiana University of Kokomo, IN; Del Mar College, Corpus Christi; and Corpus Christi State University. She composes in a variety of genres, sacred music being her most active, and her anthems have been heard in various venues in the United States and Canada. She may be reached at CAHADOM@aol.com.
