You are purchasing high quality sheet music PDF files suitable for printing or viewing on digital devices. This is an arrangement of one of the complex musical motives that have been recorded sung by central African women while washing clothes by a stream.
It makes a great warm-up. It's best taught from memory, part by part: my advice is to start by teaching the most cross-rhythmic part, then teach the other three together and add the cross-rhythmic part again at the end. The parts are pretty interchangeable, so once your choir can sing it as written, try putting the tenors on the bass line, basses on the soprano line, and so on.
