"We've been looking for this famous Crook" comes from the school musical "Circus Mystique" (or "Ring around the Circus"). It is sung when Vincenzo, the Human Decoder, is being questioned by Police Inspector O'Neale and Officer Fisher at Headquarters. Vincenzo has been accused of passing on insider trading information to members of the circus audience through codes while solving complicated puzzles (i.e., Sudoku).
