This is a fun little arrangement I did for all of my guitar students, meaning that it ranges from absolute beginners, having played only a few months, to my very best students who play quite well. The first guitar is designed to be played by a single guitarist. The introduction solo in this guitar is thought to sound improvised; a bit a-la Mark Knopfler. The other parts can be shared by however many students that suit the part. Just be careful with the balance, as 3rd, 4th and 5th guitars should not drown out the 2nd guitar which most of the way carries the melody. The small solo in the 2nd guitar is a chance for one of the better players to have a shining moment in front of the parents at the christmas recital… Listen to the mp3 for realistic performance. It is just a fast recording I did at home, so don't expect too much. Still Better than MIDI, though
