This is a piano solo transcription of Bach's BWV 645, also known as Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme. Beside Busoni's beautiful but difficult and embellished arrangement, I couldn't find a piano transcription that closely follows the original piece, so I made one myself.
My aim was to modify Bach's organ version as little as possibile, although in a few bars changing the pitch of a note by an octave was the only option. I substituted some of the hard to play trills and wrote out every ornament other than a full trill as to prevent the piece from becoming difficult.
