This is a so called "Wiener Lied" for Wind-Quintet in two different styles (first:easy - second: advanced). The melody is common property and placed in the second instrument, played by Oboe and/or Horn.
The score is for encores of concerts or for party occasions.
The first part is trialed and tested with much fun. - The second part has new stunning melodies in the other parts esp. in the Trio! Try to play the flute-part only - You will see… a brass version is avialable on Sibeliusmusic!
