A modern arrangement of this classic theme by Paganini. It combines the variations by Rachmaninoff, a swing version, jazz waltz and a hornpipe variation. An entertaining arrangement.
Rachmaninoff's work is out of copyright in places, such as the UK, where Score Exchange is registered, the EU and Australia where the term is 70 years after the composers death. Therefore I was able to arrange this piece for use in those places without publisher's permission. However, Rachmaninoff composed this piece in Switzerland in 1934, so may not be legal in the USA where the 100 year rule applies.
