This work is one of the Dutch organist and composer Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck's (1562-1621) variations on secular songs and dances which are among his most charming compositions. His secular keyboard works were intended to be played for relaxation and pleasure. Onder een linde groen [Unter der Linden grune] is an old song, probably from England, where it was known as "All in the garden green", and was popular in the Netherlands and Germany too. This is an arrangement for Brass Sextet. Feel free to ignore the dynamic markings and editorial marks and create your own. Please enjoy!!
