Brief was to score drum solo to drive dance interpretation, topic being STORM.
Kept it kind of simple with pre storm, rain comes, storm and lightning, storm goes but drip remains.
Kept it in 4/4 and quite predictable for dance teacher to work with - also did many minature theme and variations for the drummer throughout the work to make it easier on the drummer. Kit also requires one timp, double kick and a range of cymbals though I have only used two for this score.
