This was written as an exercise exploring the possibilities of the interval 1/3. The music is palindromic around the center bar, but also seperated into three parts (beginning, middle, end) all keeping in with the idea of thirds.
A thrid can sound very dissonant when seperated out over several octaves, why is that?
