At my church we have and excellent percussionist and violinist. With those musicians in mind I wrote an arrangement in the African style of an old gospel hymn. I know nothing of African drums or their styles but the kidi drum sound (from Sibelius 7 sounds) seemed to fill the bill and inspired me for this arrangement. This hymn is apparently not in the new hymnals but I remember it from my youth. (the bass part is optional if you can play left hand bass with an electric keyboard)
