This is the overture to the piece I am in the process of writing. it is music that will define the dramatics and dynamical emotions the reader can utterly feel as he/she would read The Wasteland. It does not follow as if you were reading the poem while listening to the music, rather I recommend reading the poem then listening to the music,a nd allow the music to paint a picture in your head.
The rest of the music will be coming as soon as I get the permission rights from T.S. Eliots publisher to use the lyrics from The Wasteland within my music. There will be five more parts that go along with each section of the poem:
1. The Burial of the Dead
2. A Game of Chess
3. The Fire Sermon
4. Death By Water
5. What The Thunder Said
