The music is based on Psalm 23, which is one of the world's most favorite Psalms. It is used at many different parts of a church ceremony. It is used for many different aspects of religious life, and is well known the world over in many different christian denominations. The tempo of 107 bpm is an approximate one. It can be performed at a slower tempo, or simply one that is chosen by the conductor. The accompaniment deliberately has most of the melody written within it, as my experience with children's choirs is that it makes it easier to sing when the melody is performed over the left hand accompaniment. It can be performed by choirs of all different ages. There is a YouTube video exported from Sibelius Ultimate using the video export feature at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qm66AfnzrQM
