(or soon afterwards). They found the double stopping very awkward and it has been filed away since then. The GPO solo string sounds have stimulated me to rearrange it for a trio of: Violin (my sister), Viola (the same brother) and Cello (brother in law). Phrasing and articulation will be completed eventually (esp. if parts are requested!). I cannot recommend strongly enough the MP3 version as midi solo strings are excrutiating.
