This is a piano duet piece entended for an encore in a concert. It is sure to bring the house down if it is performed well, yet there are several places where the performance can fall apart! I wrote this piece after performing 'Sortie in Eb' by Lefebure-Wely on the Organ at a concert. Ever since I began to learn the organ I had dreamt of playing that piece. I was inspired by it and decided to write this 'sortie' for piano duet. I hope you enjoy listening to and, hopefully, performing it. Guido.
