This is a nice arrangement well worth including in our concert band repertoire.
I am not an arranger. My only suggestion would be that, although I think I understand the reason for the long phrases/bars of rest for certain instruments, some of these phrases sound a little thin from the full sound. Whether the sound could be enhanced by one or two parts added to these phrases, I'm not sure, but I would be interested to see any future changes. Meanwhile I'm very happy to include this arrangement in our concerts.
