Sinfonias No.1-15, BWV.787-801, are known as three part inventions for keyboard. Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) composed these short pieces for educational purposes. It was not only for practice of playing keyboards but also for "acquiring a strong foretaste of composition." All of them are full of musical charm. They are very good educational materials for players other than keyboard players.
