Samba alla Turca has always been one one my most popular pieces/arrangements! It now exists in so many different versions, and has been played many times around the world.
But one of the beauties of Score Exchange is that it is a 'living catalogue' on, and pieces can still reinvent itself, whenever there's a need!
Saxophonist, Barny Barnbrook, emailed the other day to see if I could do a version for two clarinets and bass clarinet. He'd played another of my popular arrangements on his sax, and now wanted to give Samba a run-through with his clarinet-playing trio,
Barny lives in Bateman Bay, in Australia's NSW state, so I was delighted to oblige! I have made the arrangement available here on Score Exchange, too, as it's quite a common combination of players.
To the best of my knowledge, Barny is the player on the left in my attached photo!
