The first 4 lines track with Wesley's hymn:
"Rejoice in glorious hope! Jesus the Judge shall come, and take his servants up to their eternal home."
The fifth line in found in another verse: "Lift up your heart, lift up your voice;
The final words, Rejoice, he bids his saints rejoice." are anonymous.
They are shown in Wesley's hymn as follows: "We soon shall hear th'archangel's voice; The trump of God shall sound, rejoice!"
